  • Case-by-Case Basis: Refunds for Services will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Factors Considered: We will consider factors such as the nature of the Service, the stage of completion, and the reason for the refund request.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of the purchase or delivery of the product or Service. 

Your request should include:

  • Your name

  • Your order number/ invoice number/ proof of service initiation with payment screenshot

  • The reason for your refund request

  • Any relevant documentation or evidence

 

 

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, we will process it within 3-5 business days. 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
